Job summary
Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Associate to support end-to-end execution of private credit investments across APAC, with a focus on Australia, India and selected ASEAN markets. You will perform due diligence, assist in deal execution, and monitor portfolios.
The role requires a finance degree, 3+ years in investment-related functions, and strong modelling skills in Excel/PowerPoint. CFA/CAIA preferred; Japanese language is welcome but not mandatory.
Qualifications
- University degree in finance, economics, business or related fields.
- CFA or CAIA charters preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in investment-related functions.
- Experience in private credit, project finance, real asset investment or credit research preferred.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with financial modelling; Excel/PowerPoint proficiency.
- Japanese language preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Conduct due diligence on co-investment and secondary private credit/structured finance transactions.
- Prepare detailed credit/investment applications including analysis of financial projections.
- Monitor the private credit/structured finance portfolio for credit risk and covenant compliance.
- Enhance investment processes by refining workflows and adopting technology solutions.
