Qualifikationen
- 5+ years of experience in business development or spec-in sales targeting architecture firms, interior designers, and developers.
- Strong existing network within the architect and interior design community in Singapore and/or Malaysia.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate with regional counterparts and stakeholders.
- Ability to read and comprehend technical drawings.
- Familiarity with tender procedures.
Aufgaben
- Engage with architects, interior designers, and developers to identify and secure new business opportunities related to building materials.
- Leverage existing relationships and industry knowledge to influence and provide specifications for construction projects.
- Develop and maintain strong networks within the architectural and design community in Southeast Asia and Taiwan.
- Work to ensure products are specified in key upcoming construction projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide product-related solutions to clients.
