You will manage tendering, client relationships, and end-to-end project delivery, coordinating with production, logistics, and engineering teams. Regular site visits and travel are involved, with a focus on developing new business and maximizing profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Marketing, Engineering, Building, Construction, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of project sales experience in building materials, construction equipment, or engineering industries.
• Strong understanding of Singapore construction tendering, contracts, and client management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders including developers, main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and design firms.
• Identify and pursue new construction projects, tender opportunities, and government projects to drive growth.
• Expand and strengthen the customer network to generate new business opportunities.
• Promote building materials, equipment, and technical solutions to meet customer requirements and prepare quotations and proposals.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, logistics, and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery and provide updates.
