Job summary
JOINTHIRE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to drive spec-in sales for building materials across Singapore, Malaysia, and broader Southeast Asia.
The role emphasizes engaging architects, designers, and developers, leveraging relationships to influence project specifications. You will develop networks with architectural and design communities, manage tender procedures, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver product-related solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or spec-in sales targeting architecture firms, interior designers, and developers within the building materials industry.
- Strong existing network within the architect and interior design community in Singapore and/or Malaysia.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate with regional counterparts and stakeholders.
- Ability to read and comprehend technical drawings.
- Familiarity with tender procedures.

Incorporated in Singapore in 1990. Our client is a global Japanese manufacturing company that offers a variety of products and services including decorative building materials, automotive interior films and etc.
- Engage with architects, interior designers, and developers to identify and secure new business opportunities related to building materials

- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
