Job summary

JointHire Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Business Development professional in Singapore to identify and secure new opportunities in building materials. You will leverage industry relationships with architects, designers, and developers to drive specifications on upcoming projects.

The role requires deep knowledge of the architectural community in Singapore and Malaysia, plus fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or spec-in sales targeting architects, interior designers, and developers in building materials.
• Strong network within the architect and interior design community in Singapore and/or Malaysia.
• Ability to read and comprehend technical drawings.
• Familiarity with tender procedures.

Responsibilities

• Work to ensure products are specified in key upcoming construction projects

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or spec-in sales targeting architecture firms, interior designers, and developers within the building materials industry
• Strong existing network within the architect and interior design community in Singapore and/or Malaysia
• Proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate with regional counterparts and stakeholders
• Ability to read and comprehend technical drawings
• Familiarity with tender procedures

Compensation

• Working location: Central
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
