Job summary

LATICRETE SOUTH EAST ASIA PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a dynamic professional to advance product specifications with developers, architects and consultants in Singapore. You will drive brand awareness, deliver architectural and engineering presentations, and assist sales teams in client meetings and trade shows.

You will build relationships with specifiers, monitor market intelligence, and help develop specification tools to expand the product range in the market.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating brand awareness and promoting LATICRETE’s products to developers, owners, architects, and consultants.
• Achieve specification targets and increase product range in the market by developing specifier base and tools.
• Influence architects and specifiers to develop proprietary specifications for LATICRETE systems.
• Liaise with R&D and Technical departments on specifications and provide market intelligence.
• Interact with architects/consultants to ensure high-quality customer service in specification matters.
• Create and promote brand awareness through architectural/engineering presentations and trainings.
• Attend product presentations, seminars, and trade shows and support sales in client meetings.

Job description

Responsible for creating brand awareness, promoting LATICRETE’s products and successfully getting the products specified through key specifiers such as developers, owners, architects, consultants, etc.

Responsibilities

To achieve specification targets and in accordance with the company’s objective to increase LATICRETE product range technical specification in the market by,

• Developing and increasing new specifier base and business
• Assisting in the development of key specification tools that can increase sales and presence
• Strongly influencing architects and specifiers to develop proprietary specifications for LATICRETE systems
• Liaising and maintaining close relationship with R&D and Technical department on matters relating to specifications
• Keeping constant interaction with architects/consultants and key specifiers to ensure that the desired level of customer service quality is achieved

To create and promote LATICRETE brand awareness by,

• Conducting architectural & engineering presentations and trainings.
• Attending and participating in product presentations, product seminars, industrial organizations & trade shows
• Assisting sales personnel in meeting clients related to specification matters
• Providing market intelligence information on competitors and market direction
• Promoting and marketing LATICRETE product range to architects, consultants and developers
• Preparing marketing action plan as required by the company

Requirements

• Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply. Experience in sales and/or marketing within the construction industry is an advantage.
• Able to present confidently and convincingly to a wide variety of audiences/groups
• Fast learner

• 5 days’ work week
• 8.30am – 5.30pm
