LINK2 MANPOWER PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive in Singapore to promote concrete waterproofing products to contractors and consultants. You will present specifications, pursue targets, and grow long-term client relationships with on-site and professional teams.

The role requires a diploma in construction/engineering, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Travel and site coordination are expected as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Diploma in construction or engineering preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Comfortable working with professional and site-level teams.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present product specifications to main contractors, architects, consultants and developers.
• Achieve sales targets through strategic outreach and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Deliver effective product presentations to key decision-makers.
• Handle inquiries and prepare technical documentation.
• Ensure clear communication with professionals and on-site personnel.
