Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. supports a manufacturing client in Singapore seeking a Project Specification Manager.

The role is based in the Southwest (Pasir Panjang) and focuses on building relationships with architects, engineers and project stakeholders to promote the company's construction solutions. You will prepare technical proposals, engineering calculations and design recommendations, provide product applications support, and ensure product specifications are captured from design through

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in specification sales or specification engineering in construction or building materials.
• Good understanding of construction project sales and building materials supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with architects, consultants, and design professionals to promote solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, calculations, and design recommendations.
• Provide technical support on product applications and standards compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering to develop customized technical solutions.
• Identify new project opportunities and engage stakeholders.
• Engage consultants and project owners to secure product specifications.
• Monitor projects from design to tender to ensure specifications.
• Support project acquisition with the sales team and smooth handover.
• Deliver technical presentations, CPD seminars, and workshops.
• Maintain project updates and CRM records.

Our esteemed client in the Manufacturing industry is seeking a Project Specification Managerto jointheir dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Project Specification Manager
• Location: Southwest (Nearest MRT: Pasir Panjang)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
• Salary Package: Basic + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with architects, structural consultants, quantity surveyors, and other design professionals to promote the company's construction solutions.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, engineering calculations, compliance documents, and design recommendations.
• Provide technical support on product applications, structural calculations, and compliance with relevant local and international standards.
• Work closely with the engineering team to develop customized technical solutions and supporting documentation.
• Identify new project opportunities and develop relationships with consultants and project stakeholders.
• Engage consultants and project owners to secure product specifications in upcoming construction projects.
• Monitor construction projects from design through tender stages to ensure the company's products are specified.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support project acquisition and ensure a smooth transition from specification to project execution.
• Conduct technical presentations, CPD seminars, and product workshops for consultants, architects, and clients.
• Maintain accurate project updates and sales opportunities through the CRM system.

Job Requirements:

• At least aDiploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in specification sales or specification engineering within the construction or building materials industry.
• Good understanding of construction project sales and the building materials supply chain.
