Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a Specification Manager in Singapore at Pasir Panjang. The role focuses on building relationships with architects, consultants, developers, and authorities to secure product specifications and approvals during design phases.

You will monitor pipelines, follow up on opportunities, and prepare updates on progress, market developments, and customer activities. Travel may be required, and a driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building, Construction, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in product/system specification within the construction or building materials industry.
• Good knowledge of construction methodologies, engineering standards, and design compliance for SEA market.
• Established professional relationships with architects/consultants/influencers in construction is a plus.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Able to read, understand, and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Willing to travel for business assignments.

Working Location: Pasir Panjang

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 6pm)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Project Incentives + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and relevant authorities during the conceptual and design phases to secure product specifications and approvals.
• Monitor project pipelines and follow up on specification opportunities to maximise successful project conversions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate updates on project progress, market developments, customer activities, and new business opportunities.
• Support branding and business growth initiatives by participating in seminars, exhibitions, trade shows, advertising campaigns, and other marketing activities.
• Conduct market analysis to identify business expansion opportunities and assist in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
• Collaborate with the R&D department by providing market insights, customer feedback, and industry trends to support product innovation and pricing strategies.
• Analyse competitors' products, market positioning, strengths, and weaknesses, and recommend strategies to strengthen the company's competitive advantage.
• Achieve assigned project specification objectives and ensure targets are met within established timelines.

• Able to read, understand, and interpret technical drawings, engineering plans, and specifications.
• Willing to travel for business assignments when required.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
