Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Order Fulfilment professional in Singapore to manage end-to-end order-to-cash activities. You will entry orders, coordinate with factories and suppliers, and ensure timely billing, delivery and documentation.

You will review orders, manage cross-functional communications, and support audit and compliance processes while driving efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Order Fulfilment, Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, Customer Operations or Order Management.
• Hands-on SAP experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, including order processing, fulfilment, billing and shipment coordination.
• Customer service orientation with good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Meticulous and process-driven with the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities.
• Comfortable working within regulatory, quality and audit requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order-to-cash activities from order entry through fulfilment, billing and delivery.
• Process customer orders accurately in SAP and ensure timely execution according to customer and operational requirements.
• Review open orders and backlog reports and follow up on outstanding or ageing orders.
• Issue purchase orders and coordinate cross-company purchases with factories and suppliers.
• Monitor inbound deliveries and work closely with factories and suppliers to ensure timely material availability.
• Coordinate billing activities and ensure invoices and delivery documents are issued accurately and on time.
• Respond to customer and sales enquiries regarding stock availability, order status and shipment updates.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and service delivery.
• Manage return processes for excess or defective goods and coordinate with relevant factories or suppliers.
• Investigate and resolve order, shipment and documentation discrepancies.
• Support annual stock take, reconciliation and internal / external audit activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Regulatory and other cross-functional teams on daily operational requirements.
• Support process improvement initiatives, operational efficiency projects and KPI reporting.

Requirements
