Job summary

Arcelik-Hitachi Home Appliances Sales (Singapore) Pte Ltd seeks an experienced outbound logistics specialist to manage end-to-end operations, create orders, invoices, packing lists and returns, and support sales processes.

You will coordinate shipments with vendors, warehouses and customers to ensure on-time delivery, export documentation, regulatory compliance, and data accuracy in SAP S4/HANA, while supporting cost control and continuous improvement initiatives across the logistics function.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of supply chain and logistics experience.
• Familiar with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end outbound logistics operations and sales support.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Logistics Operations & Order Fulfilment

• Manage end-to-end outbound logistics operations and sales support.

• Create Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, Sales Invoices, Proforma Invoices, Packing Lists, Returns and Replacement Orders.

• Maintain customer material master data and ensure data accuracy.

• Coordinate shipments with vendors, warehouse, transporters and customers to ensure on-time delivery.

2. Export Documentation & Regulatory Compliance

• Prepare, verify and control export shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Form E, Letter of Credit documents, etc.).

• Ensure compliance with Internal Control, Export Control, Letter of Credit (L/C), and Customer Requirements

• Coordinate document issuance and submission to banks, customers and relevant authorities.

3. Logistics Coordination & Problem Solving

• Provide shipment status updates to internal and external stakeholders.

• Monitor shipping schedules and ensure timely shipment delivery and customs clearance.

• Resolve logistics and delivery issues promptly.

4. Vendor & Logistics Cost Control

• Review supplier, warehouse and freight forwarder invoices for accuracy.

• Support logistics cost control initiatives and service performance improvement.

• Participate in logistics service and freight cost negotiations.

5. Team Support & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain filing and archival of shipping documents.

• Support domestic order processing and documentation.

• Participate in physical stock counts

• Any other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma level or equivalent in Supply Chain Management

• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics management, inventory control, industry regulations and compliance standards.

• 3 to 5 years of supply chain management and logistics experience, preferably with SAP S4/HANA knowledge.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, strong communication and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.

• Familiar with SAP system.
