About the Role
As Retail Training Specialist – Singapore, you will be responsible for driving learning and capability development across our Singapore retail teams.
This is a hands‑on retail training role with a strong field focus, combining training delivery, in‑store coaching and development of local learning initiatives. Working closely with Sales Management, Store Managers and retail teams, you will translate retail and capability needs into relevant learning actions and help ensure learning is effectively applied and sustained on the sales floor.
You will lead the local activation of Global and Asia learning programmes while identifying and responding to evolving Singapore‑specific capability needs. Through regular field presence, coaching and close partnership with retail leaders, you will help embed learning in stores, support ongoing team development and contribute to continuous improvement in customer experience and retail performance.
The role reports to the Sales Training Manager, Asia Cluster.
