Pandora is seeking a Sales Training Operations Intern to support regional activities across Sales Training and Sales Operations in Asia. The role offers exposure to the luxury retail environment, customer experience, and how learning comes to life in stores.
You will assist with Japanese-English interpretation, translation of training materials, and coordination for the Japan market while gaining experience in data analysis and cross‑market processes within the Asia Cluster.
The Sales Training Operations Intern will gain hands‑on exposure to a regional commercial environment, supporting projects and activities across Sales Training and Sales Operations within the Asia Cluster.
With Sales Training as a key area of exposure, the intern will support regional training activities and collaboration with the Japan market, while developing practical understanding of luxury retail, customer experience and how learning is brought to life in stores.
The intern will also contribute to Sales Operations projects, gaining broader exposure to data analysis, operational processes and cross‑market ways of working.
