Job summary

RECRUIT FAST PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Instructional Designer to manage end-to-end WSQ/WSH curriculum design, development of lesson plans, handbooks, and assessment tools. You will ensure compliance with SSG, ITE, MOM/WSHC, and accreditation bodies.

In this role, you will leverage AI authoring tools and e-learning software to deliver timely, high-quality content across online, blended, and in-person formats, coordinating with SMEs and partners to map overseas frameworks to local packages.

Qualifications

• Must-have: WSQ/WSH curriculum design experience and LMS administration.

Responsibilities

Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete design lifecycle: from initial conception and defining measurable outcomes, to building lesson plans, student handbooks, instructor guides, and evaluation instruments.
• Systematically audit and revise current WSQ and non-WSQ programmes to uphold technical correctness, relevancy, and conformity with evolving industry norms.
• Certify that all instructional assets fully satisfy the compliance criteria of SSG, ITE, MOM/WSHC, and all relevant accreditation bodies.
• Utilise AI-powered tools, rapid-development software(Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate), and multimedia to produce engaging online, blended, and in-person content.
• Efficiently handle multiple concurrent development streams while operating within strict timeframes.
• Work closely with subject experts, oversight agencies(SSG, ITE, MOM), and internal departments (Training Ops, Marketing) to extract core knowledge and translate it into fully accredited materials.
• Join forces with international organisations such as AMPP to adapt, map, and integrate overseas training frameworks into locally compliant packages.
• Set up, fine-tune, and sustain the Learning Management System, ensuring seamless operation.
• Review learner usage patterns and system-reported issues to troubleshoot technical problems and coordinate platform upgrades with IT and external vendors.
• Preserve rigorous version histories, content repositories, and all paperwork necessary for regulatory audits and subsidy/grant submissions.
• Gather and assess evaluations from both participants and trainers to guide ongoing, iterative enhancements to all courseware.

Requirements

• WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education(DACE) or Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP)is required.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in WSQ/WSH curriculum design and LMS administration.
• Must meet prevailing Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSHC) course developer requirements (where applicable for WSH courses).
• Demonstrated track record of leveraging AI authoring tools and rapid e-learning software to meet aggressive project delivery timelines.
• High proficiency with AI content generators, e-learning authoring tools, and modern LMS platforms.
• Strong project management skills with proven ability to influence SMEs and cross-functional teams.
