Job summary

RECRUIT FAST PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Instructional Designer to manage end-to-end WSQ/WSH curriculum design, development of lesson plans, handbooks, and assessment tools. You will ensure compliance with SSG, ITE, MOM/WSHC, and accreditation bodies.

In this role, you will leverage AI authoring tools and e-learning software to deliver timely, high-quality content across online, blended, and in-person formats, coordinating with SMEs and partners to map overseas frameworks to local packages.

Qualifications

• Must-have: WSQ/WSH curriculum design experience and LMS administration.
• Experience with AI authoring tools and rapid e-learning software to meet tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to influence SMEs and cross-functional teams on project delivery.
• Strong proficiency with AI content generators, e-learning authoring tools, and modern LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage full design lifecycle from conception to evaluation instruments.
• Audit and revise WSQ/WSQ programmes for accuracy and relevance.
• Certify instructional assets meet regulatory criteria (SSG, ITE, MOM/WSHC).
• Create engaging online, blended, and in-person content using Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.
