Job summary

You will collaborate with therapists, teachers, and families to tailor instruction, monitor progress, and maintain detailed records.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with specialists and families to design and implement personalized IEPs for each student.
• Develop and implement differentiated lesson plans to cater to various learning styles and abilities.
• Conduct ongoing formative and summative assessments to monitor progress and document outcomes.
• Supervise students to ensure safety and follow health and safety protocols in the learning environment.
• Work with therapists and staff to provide a coordinated approach to student care and communicate with parents.
• Manage opening/closing classroom duties and maintain a safe environment outside standard teaching hours.
