My Inspiring Journey Hub (MIJ Hub) in Singapore is seeking a Special Needs Educator to design, implement, and evaluate individualized education plans (IEPs) for students aged 4 to 40, ensuring holistic development across academic, social, and emotional domains.

You will deliver differentiated lessons, collaborate with therapists and families, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records to support each student’s growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized IEPs for each student.
• Differentiate lesson plans to suit varied learning styles and abilities.
• Assess progress with ongoing formative and summative assessments.
• Maintain detailed records of academic performance, observations, and milestones.
• Collaborate with therapists, learning support staff, and families to support learning.
• Support safety and classroom management during opening/closing shifts.
