Olive Tree Educational Solutions PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Education Consultant to empower children with diverse learning needs.

You will lead intervention programmes for ages 4-13, apply specialised instructional strategies, and develop Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each child’s needs. Responsibilities include intake screenings, delivering engaging lessons, monitoring progress, and producing detailed performance reports for parents and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in special education teaching.
• Degree in Psychology, Speech Language Pathology, or equivalent.
• Proven expertise in specialised instructional strategies for English, Mathematics, or Language.
• Strong ability to work with children across a range of developmental and learning needs.
• Experience in designing and implementing IEPs and conducting progress evaluation.
• Experience in School & Family Collaboration or Partnership to assist with Case Management.
• Effective classroom management skills, particularly with children who present behavioural challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Passionate about fostering independence, resilience, and confidence in learners.

Responsibilities

• Lead intervention programmes for children aged 4-13 across learning profiles.
• Apply specialised teaching strategies in English, Mathematics, or Language to support academic growth.
• Conduct intake screenings and formulate Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each child’s needs.
• Deliver engaging lessons, monitor progress, and evaluate goals to ensure measurable outcomes.
• Generate detailed performance reports for parents and stakeholders.
• Manage small group classes, including children with challenging behaviours, using positive behaviour support strategies.
• Collaborate with families and schools to ensure skills are generalised across settings.
