• Experience collaborating with therapists and families to design IEPs.
• Ability to develop differentiated instruction and use assistive technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized IEPs aligned to students' goals and needs.
• Deliver differentiated lessons using adaptive teaching methods to meet diverse abilities.
• Assess progress with ongoing formative and summative assessments.
• Maintain detailed records of academic performance, observations, and milestones.
• Collaborate with therapists, learning support staff, and families for coordinated care.
• Manage daily care, safety, and behavior with positive strategies and de-escalation techniques.
