Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Spare Parts Executive to manage quotations, order processing, and parts coordination at our Tagore Industrial Ave site in Singapore. The role supports customers on availability, pricing, and lead times for industrial spare parts.

Candidates should have a diploma in engineering or related field, 1-2 years in spare parts or technical sales support, and be proficient in MS Office and ERP systems. Working hours are 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in spare parts, technical sales support, or engineering coordination.
• Familiar with industrial equipment or machinery spare parts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue spare parts quotations based on technical requirements.
• Process and coordinate spare parts orders, delivery schedules, and order tracking.
• Liaise with customers on parts availability, pricing, and lead time.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal engineering/service teams on spare parts requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, and inventory movement.
• Support spare parts identification and basic technical clarification with customers.
