ST Recruitment Centre is seeking a Spare Parts Executive for the Tagore Industrial area of Singapore to manage quotations, process orders, and liaise with customers for spare parts requirements.

You will coordinate with suppliers and internal engineering teams on lead times, track delivery schedules, and maintain accurate records in ERP and MS Office. A Diploma or equivalent in Engineering and 1–2 years’ experience in spare parts or technical coordination are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in spare parts, technical sales support, or engineering coordination.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment or machinery spare parts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
