Job summary

Singtact, a Swiss-based precision engineering company, is hiring for a Spare Parts Coordinator in Singapore. The role involves preparing quotations, coordinating orders, and liaising with customers on parts availability and pricing.

Applicants with 1–2 years in spare parts or engineering coordination are preferred, but fresh graduates may also apply. Local applicants are preferred; workplace: Tagore, Singapore; 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Prefer 1–2 years of experience in spare parts, technical sales support, or engineering coordination.
• Those without experience may also apply; recent graduates welcome.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment or machinery spare parts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue spare parts quotations based on technical requirements.

A swiss-based precision engineering company providing design, customization, manufacturing, installation, testing and commissioning of industries machines & equipment and automation solution for powder processing sectors. These sectors mainly are food & beverages, chemical & pharmaceuticals industries. They also provide pharma consulting & equipment rental services.

Duties

• Prepare and issue spare parts quotations based on technical requirements.
• Process and coordinate spare parts orders, delivery schedules, and order tracking.
• Liaise with customers on parts availability, pricing, and lead time.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal engineering/service teams on spare parts requirements.
