Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Spare Parts Executive to join our team in Lentor, Singapore. You will prepare quotations, coordinate parts orders, and liaise with customers on pricing and availability. Familiarity with industrial equipment spare parts and ERP systems will be an advantage.

This full-time role offers 8am-5pm hours, five-day work week, and monthly salary in the 3,000–3,500 SGD range. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in spare parts, technical sales support, or engineering coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is expected.
• Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue spare parts quotations based on technical requirements.
• Process and coordinate spare parts orders, delivery schedules, and order tracking.
• Liaise with customers on parts availability, pricing, and lead time.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal engineering/service teams on spare parts requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, and inventory movement.
• Support spare parts identification and basic technical clarification with customers.
