Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Spare Parts Executive in Singapore (Lentor) to support quotations and parts orders for industrial equipment.

Working hours are 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with a monthly salary of SGD 2,800–3,500. You will prepare quotations, coordinate delivery schedules, and track orders; liaise with customers on availability, pricing, and lead times; and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in spare parts, technical sales support, or engineering coordination.
• Familiar with industrial equipment or machinery spare parts is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue spare parts quotations based on technical requirements.
• Process and coordinate spare parts orders, delivery schedules, and order tracking.
• Liaise with customers on parts availability, pricing, and lead time.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal engineering/service teams on spare parts requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, and inventory movement.
• Support spare parts identification and basic technical clarification with customers.
