Job summary

VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (VSMC) in Singapore seeks an experienced procurement professional to manage spare parts for semiconductor equipment. You will lead PR-to-PO processes, negotiate terms, and monitor supplier performance to support manufacturing and maintenance.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Equipment, Warehouse, and Planning teams to resolve shortages, optimize inventory, and drive cost reductions while maintaining accurate ERP data and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement(Planner/Buyer), supply chain, or material management.
• Strong understanding of purchasing processes, supplier management, and delivery control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/VLOOKUP and Power BI functions.
• Experience in the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of Foundry equipment spare parts management.
• Experience procuring spare parts for semiconductor equipment suppliers such as AMAT, TEL, LAM, ASML or KLA Research.
• Familiarity with Lead Time, MOQ, Safety Stock, and supply chain risk management.
• Background in cost analysis, quotation evaluation, and contract negotiation.
• Familiarity with international logistics and import/export operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for semiconductor equipment spare parts and related consumables.
• Execute the purchase requisition (PR) to purchase order (PO) process and follow up on supplier delivery commitments.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and contractual agreements with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and delivery status to ensure uninterrupted support for manufacturing and equipment maintenance operations.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Equipment, Warehouse, and Planning teams to resolve material shortages and supply issues.
• Review inventory levels regularly to minimize excess inventory and mitigate shortage risks.
• Support supplier qualification, supplier performance management, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Maintain accurate procurement data and generate analysis reports in ERP systems.
• Support spare parts procurement requirements during NPI, ramp-up, and mass production phases.
