Job summary

VISIONPOWER SEMICONDUCTOR MANUFACTURING COMPANY PTE. LTD.

invites a seasoned Supply Chain Planner to oversee material demand, raise MPF/PR, place orders and track deliveries within a fast-paced semiconductor environment. You will monitor inventory and delivery schedules, coordinate with Modules, Procurement, Production Control, Engineering and suppliers, and support continuous improvement through data analytics using Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain, logistics, business or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain or procurement.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the relevant Module to understand material demand, raise MPF/PR, place purchase orders, and track deliveries.

• Work closely with Modules, Procurement, Production Control, Engineering, Warehouse, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure material readiness.
• Maintain accurate planning data and support reporting, analysis and continuous improvement of material planning processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Photoresist Planner: Collaborate with the relevant Module to understand material demand, raise Material Purchase Forecast (MPF) / Purchase Requisitions (PR), place purchase orders, and track deliveries.
• Thinner/Developer Planner: Collaborate with the relevant Module to understand material demand, raise MPF / PR, place purchase orders, and track deliveries.
• Chemical/Slurry Lorry Planner: Collaborate with the relevant Module to understand demand, raise MPF / PR, place purchase orders, and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely and uninterrupted supply.
• Material Planning: Monitor material requirements, inventory levels and delivery schedules to ensure materials are available according to production needs.
• Supply Monitoring: Track purchase orders and deliveries, identify potential shortages or delays, and coordinate recovery actions with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Modules, Procurement, Production Control, Engineering, Warehouse, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure material readiness.
• Planning & Analytics: Maintain accurate planning data and support reporting, analysis and continuous improvement of material planning processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, material planning, procurement or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Good understanding of material planning, MRP/ERP systems and procurement processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI and data analytics skills are a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and with suppliers.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
