Job summary

VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Material Planner to coordinate material requirements for 300mm wafer operations and collaborate with multiple modules to ensure timely supply and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, material planning, procurement or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of material planning, MRP/ERP systems and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI and data analytics are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage material requirements to ensure timely material availability for semiconductor operations.
• Collaborate with ETCH/LITHO modules to raise MPF/PR and track PO deliveries.
• Collaborate with NXP and Production Control to understand wafer demand and ensure wafer supply.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and manage material requirements based on demand, production schedules and module requirements to ensure timely material availability for 300mm semiconductor manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with the ETCH Module to understand material demand, raise Material Purchase Forecast (MPF) and Purchase Requisitions (PR), and track purchase orders and deliveries.
• Collaborate with the LITHO Module to understand material demand, raise MPF and PR, and track purchase orders and deliveries.
• Collaborate with NXP and Production Control (PC) to understand SOI wafer demand plans, participate in routine planning meetings, and ensure timely wafer supply.
• Support equipment spare parts planning and availability to minimize supply risks and production disruptions.
• Monitor material status, shortages, delivery schedules and potential supply risks; escape issues and drive recovery actions.
• Work closely with Procurement, Module, Production Control, Engineering, Warehouse, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure material readiness.
• Maintain accurate planning data, monitor inventory and material requirements, and support continuous improvement of supply chain processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, material planning, procurement or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience in a semiconductor wafer fabrication or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Good understanding of material planning, MRP/ERP systems and procurement processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Power BI and data analytics skills are an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and with suppliers.
