Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Commis Chef for Spanish cuisine in Singapore, with entry-level welcome and 5-day work week. You will work 10am-9pm with a 2-hour break, handling food prep, cooking, and kitchen coordination.

Location is Paya Lebar; salary is SGD 2,800–3,000 plus OT, AWS, incentives and bonuses. Prior Spanish cooking experience is preferred. Join a busy kitchen team and help develop the menu.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes per recipes and standards.
• Oversee junior kitchen staff and ensure cleanliness.
• Monitor stock levels and manage inventory.
• Assist in menu development and keep dishes appealing.
• Ensure dishes meet taste, presentation and hygiene standards.
• Enforce health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff for smooth operations.
