Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Chef (Spanish cuisine) to prepare and cook Spanish dishes to our standards, supervise junior staff, manage inventory, and collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

The role operates a 5-day work week from 10am to 9pm with a 2-hour break, located at Guoco Tower, Tanjong Pagar. Salary ranges SG$2,700–SG$3,000 plus OT, AWS, incentives and bonus, with preference given to candidates with Spanish cuisine experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Spanish cuisine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Kitchen Supervision: Oversee junior kitchen staff and ensure cleanliness.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and manage supplies.
• Menu Development: Assist in creating and updating dishes.
• Quality Control: Ensure taste, presentation and hygiene standards.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to food safety regulations.
• Collaboration: Work with chefs to ensure smooth operations.
