Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Chef (Spanish cuisine) to join a fast-paced kitchen in Singapore.

Work hours are 10am-9pm, five days a week, with a two-hour break. The role offers a salary ranging from SGD 2,700 to SGD 3,000 plus overtime, AWS, incentives and potential bonuses. Responsibilities include cooking authentic Spanish dishes, supervising junior kitchen staff, managing inventory, developing menu items, and ensuring strict health and safety standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• Cook experience in Spanish cuisine is preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Oversee and coordinate junior kitchen staff, ensuring they follow procedures and maintain cleanliness.
• Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory to ensure ingredients are fresh and available.
• Assist in creating new dishes and updating the menu to keep it current and appealing.
• Ensure all dishes meet the restaurant's standards for taste, presentation, and hygiene.
• Adhere to and enforce food safety and sanitation regulations within the kitchen.
• Work closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and efficient service.
