THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is looking for a Chef De Partie (Spanish cuisine) at Guoco Tower, Tanjong Pagar. The role runs a 5-day work week from 10:00 to 21:00 with a two-hour break, offering SGD 2,800–3,000 per month plus OT, AWS, incentives and a bonus.

You will prepare and cook dishes to recipes and standards, supervise junior kitchen staff, manage inventory, and help update the menu while ensuring safety and quality. Spanish cuisine experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Experience with Spanish cuisine preferred.
• Ability to assist in menu development and maintain quality.
• Experience supervising kitchen staff and maintaining hygiene.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Oversee junior kitchen staff and ensure procedures are followed.
• Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory.
• Assist in creating new dishes and updating the menu.
• Ensure dishes meet taste, presentation and hygiene standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff for smooth operations.
