Job summary

We are seeking a responsible and service-oriented Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our massage and wellness centre in Singapore. The successful candidate will manage the team, maintain service standards and support the outlet's business performance.

The role requires supervising staff, coordinating appointments and front desk activities, while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or outlet management experience; experience in the massage, spa, wellness or beauty industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership, team coordination and organisational skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle complaints professionally.
• Ability to manage appointments, staffing priorities and daily operational issues.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking systems, point-of-sale systems and sales reports.
• Responsible, dependable and able to work independently while maintaining professional service standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, appointment bookings and front desk coordination.
• Plan staff schedules and allocate duties to ensure adequate coverage and smooth service delivery.
• Supervise and coach employees on customer service, outlet procedures and professional conduct.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Explain available treatments, service packages, prices and terms clearly to customers.
• Monitor sales performance, operating expenses and customer satisfaction, and recommend improvements.
• Oversee payment collection, cash reconciliation and daily sales reporting.
• Monitor inventory and arrange timely replenishment of treatment supplies and other consumables.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety throughout the outlet, and coordinate equipment maintenance.
• Prepare operational reports and keep management informed of staffing, customer and business matters.
