Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and booking of appointments.
• Uphold and maintain the highest customer service standards of the Spa.
• Be knowledgeable of the services provided and respond to customer queries, needs, and expectations.
• Make recommendations on products, treatments and packages to customers.
• Prepare necessary treatment products and replenish stocks.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, change treatment room sheets, and sterilize instruments and equipment before use.
