Job summary

CRYSTAL DROP BEAUTY SPA PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer-oriented receptionist to handle enquiries and bookings, and to uphold the spa's high service standards.

The role requires you to greet clients warmly, provide information on services, and coordinate schedules to ensure smooth daily operations. You will be knowledgeable about our treatments, make product and service recommendations, prepare treatment products, manage stock, and sanitize rooms and equipment.

• Responsible for preparing the necessary treatment products and stocks replenishment.
• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, changing treatment room sheets, and sterilizing all instruments and equipment before each use.
• Work flexibly on weekends, public holidays, or after office hours.
• Be customer-oriented with a pleasant personality.
• Have strong interpersonal skills.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Remain calm and composed under pressure.
