Responsibilities

• Deliver spa services including body treatments, massages, waxing and manicure/pedicure.
• Maintain equipment and sample product inventory.
• Keep client documentation and files up to date.
• Maintain a clean, stocked treatment room at all times.
• Respond to customer queries and meet expectations.
• Promote retail products and additional services.
• Uphold hygiene and health & safety regulations.
• Assist with administration and report issues as needed.
• Stay updated on market trends and best practices.
• Be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
