Job summary

QUEEN DE FEET PTE. LTD. spa is looking for a front-of-house ambassador to maximise revenue via scheduling, yield management and sales, while keeping up-to-date treatment and product knowledge.

You will recommend products and close sales arising from therapist recommendations and greet guests as a brand ambassador. Also, you will conduct spa tours for VIPs and prospective members, record guest preferences, update profiles, respond to enquiries promptly and maintain a pristine reception area with

• Maximise spa revenue through effective scheduling, yield management and sales.
• Maintain sound treatment and retail knowledge with ability to describe benefits and prices accurately.
• Actively recommend products and provide consultation to guests to close sales from therapists' recommendations.
• Serve as Spa ambassador, ensuring outstanding guest relations per brand protocols with genuine care.
• Conduct spa tours for guests including VIPs and prospective members; update guest profiles with preferences.
• Respond promptly to guest enquiries; maintain reception area cleanliness, presentation and organisation.
• Ensure public information materials are available and in immaculate condition.

Responsibilities

• Actively recommend products and provide further consultation to guests to ensure that sales are closed on product recommendation made by the therapists
• Acts as an Ambassador for the spa to ensure outstanding guest relations by the brand protocols and genuine care and attention to detail
• Conduct spa tours for all guests, including VIPs and prospective members. Consistently record guest preferences, accurately updating guest profiles and communicating any relevant information to colleagues
• Respond to all guest enquiries promptly and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness, presentation and organisation of the reception area
• Ensure that adequate supplies of all public information material are available and in immaculate condition
