Job summary

Laguna Hotel Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a spa professional who delivers a full range of treatments with care and consistency. You will maintain in-depth knowledge of spa menu ingredients, procedures, and safety protocols while upholding strict hygiene and grooming standards.

You will manage appointment flow, prepare treatment rooms, and ensure products and equipment are used in line with spa guidelines. The role emphasizes customer service and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Must have proficiency in all treatments offered in the spa menu.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of all treatment ingredients and recipes.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of the procedures and benefits for all spa treatments.
• Must understand how to safely operate equipment used in treatments.
• Must be able to use and recommend therapy and retail products appropriately, in accordance with established spa guidelines.
• Ensure excellent grooming standards are observed at all times.
• Regularly check the appointment book for timely set up of treatments.
• Ensure that treatment room is clean and properly set up before each treatment.
• Any rooms which do not meet the standard of cleanliness required must be reported to the management.
