Job summary

Knead Press Spa in Singapore is seeking a friendly Spa Concierge who will be the face of our sanctuary. You will manage guest arrivals, bookings, and ensure a seamless, relaxing experience for every client.

We value at least 2 years in spa/hospitality and fluency in English and Chinese to assist our diverse clientele. The role requires late-night and weekend availability and comfort working in a female-focused team environment.

The Role

As our Spa Concierge, you are the first and last point of contact for our clients. Your goal is to ensure every guest’s journey is seamless and relaxing.

Main Responsibilities:

Guest Relations: Manage spa appointments, check-ins/outs, and provide a warm welcome to all guests.

Operations: Handle phone inquiries and bookings with efficiency and grace.

Administration: Perform general clerical duties, including inventory tracking and daily reporting.

Environment: Maintain the aesthetic standards of the reception and lounge area.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a Spa, Hospitality, or Wellness-related field.

Education: Minimum Higher Secondary / Pre-U / A-Level / College or NiTEC in any field.

Communication: Proficiency in English and Chinese is essential to assist our diverse clientele and non-English speaking guests.

Availability: Ability to work late nights and weekends (the peak "relaxation" hours for our clients).

Team Fit: As our spa serves a female clientele and operates with a close-knit female team, we have a preference for candidates who are comfortable working in this specific environment.
