Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, hospitality, spa management, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years in spa, wellness, beauty, or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven sales, customer service, and operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Spa Operations: Oversee day-to-day spa operations and ensure efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate spa staff; handle rosters and performance reviews.
• Sales & Business Development: Achieve revenue targets; promote treatments, memberships, and retail.
• Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service and address feedback professionally.
• Inventory & Financial Management: Manage inventory, monitor expenses, and handle daily sales reconciliation.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure health, safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
