Job summary

JIA LE TCM WELLNESS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across branches, ensuring service excellence and consistency.

You will develop and implement SOPs, lead branch teams, monitor budgets, drive marketing initiatives, and address customer feedback while ensuring health and safety compliance and pursuing growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an outlet Manager or similar role in beauty, spa, wellness, or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of sales, marketing, and brand development is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
