Job summary

Quill Learning Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to drive growth across Southeast Asia and select Asian markets.

You will identify opportunities, forge institutional partnerships and generate sustainable revenue across education, qualifications and professional learning solutions. You will build a robust regional pipeline, manage multi-market opportunities, and work with cross-functional teams to tailor commercially viable offerings.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in business development or partnerships.
• Experience covering multiple markets in Southeast Asia.
• Strong B2B/institutional sales track record.
• Ability to engage senior decision-makers and negotiate.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Developing new business across Southeast Asia and selected Asia markets.
• Qualifying new institutional and commercial opportunities.
• Building relationships with schools, colleges, universities, training providers and corporate partners.
• Developing new partnership and distribution channels.
• Managing opportunities from initial engagement through proposal and close.
• Growing existing institutional relationships for cross-selling and expansion.
• Creating country and market-specific business development plans.
• Maintaining a strong regional pipeline and CRM records.
• Collaborating with academic, operations, marketing and leadership teams to craft commercial solutions.
• Providing accurate sales forecasts.
