Job summary

Lazada Group in Singapore seeks a senior Partnerships & Business Development leader to own the regional strategy and portfolio. You will guide a high-performing team, build executive relationships, and shape programs with e-commerce partners, logistics, and platform providers to drive measurable business outcomes.

The role requires 8+ years in strategic partnerships or BD, strong negotiation and data-driven decision making, and the ability to align cross-functional teams across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Strategy, Business or Operations.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development or account management, including leadership experience.
• Proven track record of building partnership strategies and scaling commercial programs from ideation to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the regional partnership strategy and roadmap in line with organisational goals.
• Prioritise the partner portfolio and negotiate major partnership agreements and terms.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing partnerships team, setting KPIs and driving data-driven decisions.
