Job summary

The American Club, The in Singapore is seeking a procurement specialist to enhance F&B sourcing and supplier management. You will source food, beverages and related products, assess pricing and supplier proposals, and ensure quality and supply reliability for operations.

You will monitor market trends, negotiate terms, support onboarding and periodic supplier reviews, and work with stakeholders across the Club to optimize sourcing strategies for seasonal events and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Source food, beverages, ingredients, packaging, and other F&B-related products based on operational requirements.
• Monitor market prices, product availability, supply conditions, seasonal offerings, and industry trends to identify sourcing opportunities.
• Assist in developing sourcing strategies to support seasonal and special-event requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, minimum order quantities, rebates, promotions, and other commercial terms with suppliers.
• Support supplier onboarding, documentation, evaluation, and periodic review processes.

• Organised and able to manage multiple suppliers and sourcing projects simultaneously.
• Analytical, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to evaluate products, pricing, and supplier proposals effectively.
