Job summary

BreadTalk seeks a procurement specialist in Singapore to oversee sourcing of ingredients, packaging and related materials for hospitality operations. You will run RFQs, evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices and monitor performance to ensure cost efficiency and continuity of supply.

Collaborate with R&D, QA, Operations and Finance on new product launches and seasonal projects. You will manage POs, contracts and procurement documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in relevant fields is required.
• Minimum of 3 years purchasing experience in hospitality/F&B.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Good problem solving and negotiation skills.
