Job summary

TALENTSOURCE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a capable Sourcing and RFQ specialist to manage quotation workflows, review BOMs, and coordinate supplier engagement. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and data accuracy throughout the sourcing cycle.

You will benchmark costs, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain data in SAP, Agile, and Google Workspace to ensure timely, cost-effective quotations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–3 years of RFQ, sourcing, procurement, or costing experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or EMS environment preferred.
• Familiarity with BOM review and costing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage Product Quotation Requests (PQR) and RFQ processes across internal teams.
• Review Bills of Materials (BOM), identify material requirements, and engage suppliers for RFQs.
• Consolidate supplier quotations and raw material pricing to support accurate quotations.
• Lead sourcing activities for raw materials to ensure cost competitiveness and supply continuity.
• Perform supplier negotiation, price benchmarking, and cost optimisation initiatives.
• Analyse costing, sourcing data, and operational requirements to support quotations and decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product Engineering on BOM, costing, and RFQ matters.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships and identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Maintain pricing and sourcing data in SAP, Agile, and related systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sourcing and quotation efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Support ad hoc sourcing, RFQ, and cross-functional projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in RFQ, sourcing, procurement, or costing-related roles
• Experience in manufacturing or EMS environment is preferred
• Familiarity with BOM review, RFQ processes, and costingwill be an advantage
• Proficiency in SAP, Agile, or Google Workspace is a plus
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Well-organised with good time management skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
