Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte Ltd is seeking a procurement professional in Singapore to manage sourcing, costing, and supplier relationships to ensure timely project execution. The role involves evaluating suppliers, obtaining quotations, and supporting BOM cost analyses.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Production, Planning, and Sales to secure competitive quotes and optimize costs while maintaining robust vendor performance and ERP/MRP alignment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in costing, sourcing, or procurement within EMS/electronics manufacturing/semiconductor industries.
• Hands-on experience sourcing electronic components, PCB assemblies, and related materials, with knowledge of BOM costing and RFQ processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems (e.g. SAP).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
