Job summary

BBVA Singapore is seeking a Solutions Development Manager to drive operational and efficiency projects within the Transformation and Acceleration Office. You will contribute to Run the Bank initiatives focusing on onboarding, PFS generation, and OtD opportunities.

You will map end-to-end processes, coordinate ad-hoc working groups, and track progress with AI-enabled dashboards, collaborating with legal, IBF, and regional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Background in strategy or management consulting.
• Experience with banks or financial institutions.
• Ability to map end-to-end processes and identify bottlenecks.
• Experience with agile governance and dashboard tracking.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational and efficiency projects for Run the Bank initiatives.
• Coordinate ad-hoc working groups and monitor progress via dashboards.
• Align processes with Security Agency objectives.
