Our mission is to ensure that our global strategic ambition translates into tangible, efficient, and profitable realities in the region. Operating under an agile governance model based on ad-hoc monographic sessions rather than rigid committees, the TAO focuses on four priority projects:* Streamlining Onboarding: Optimizing the end-to-end client onboarding workflow in key markets (Singapore, Taiwan, Japan).* PFS Generation Process: Analyzing and standardizing roles, responsibilities, and turnaround times via a Singapore pilot.* Originate to Distribute (OtD): Capitalizing on regional growth by exploring OtD opportunities beyond Syndication, including Global Markets and GTB, applying this to both new deal flows and existing stock.* Security Agency: Aligning operational approaches with Legal and IBF teams to establish a cohesive framework.Resource Requirements for ExecutionTo successfully execute this ambitious agenda and ensure close tracking through our AI-integrated performance dashboards, we need to reinforce the TAO team.
