Job summary

DBS Asia Hub in Singapore seeks a driven professional to support large-scale technology transformation programs. You will partner with senior technology leaders to drive governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder engagement across enterprise initiatives.

Responsibilities include translating strategy into actionable plans, developing board-ready materials, and monitoring program health. You will influence outcomes in a fast-paced banking environment with strong delivery discipline.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with experience in project/programme management or PMO.
Experience leading strategy-to-execution initiatives in large organisations.
Strong governance, KPI tracking, risk and dependency management skills.
Proven ability to translate direction into actionable plans and executive updates.
Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing abilities at senior levels.

Responsibilities

Partner with CTO-Applications to drive strategic planning and annual priorities.
Translate leadership objectives into structured workplans and executive updates.
Govern strategic programs with KPIs, risks, dependencies and actions across workstreams.
Develop board papers, briefing materials and talking points for leadership forums.
Coordinate stakeholders across teams to enable informed decision-making.
Lead governance forums, manage agendas, pre-reads, minutes and action tracking.
Analyze complex issues and provide practical recommendations for decisions.
Monitor program health and define recovery plans to regain momentum.
Build relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive results.
