Job summary

ComplyAdvantage is seeking a Solutions Consultant in Singapore to partner with our Account Executive team and drive new business while upselling opportunities. The role requires a technical mindset, strong presentation skills, and the ability to tailor demonstrations to diverse audiences.

You will qualify opportunities, deliver value-based product demonstrations, and collaborate across functions to accelerate customer value in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in presales or customer-facing technical role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, information systems, or similar
• Technical understanding of APIs, data formats, data security, SaaS, and cloud hosting
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Growth mindset and continuous self-development
• Team player with collaborative mindset
• Experience in finance, AML, fraud or financial crime is a plus
• Experience with MEDDIC, Command of the Message or similar is a plus

Responsibilities

• Qualify opportunities and work with prospects to understand problems and recommend solutions
• Present product with stakeholders, including API and integration sessions and architecture whiteboarding
• Develop deep product knowledge and act as technical SME
• Scope and deliver technical proof of value exercises aligned to business objectives
• Hand over to Customer Success post-sale to ensure value delivery
• Build relationships across teams to advance the company’s fight against financial crime
• Share knowledge and develop reusable tools and assets with the team
• Provide field feedback to product to improve the platform
